Aruya is an Associate Chartered Accountant as well as a graduate of Banking and Finance from the University of Benin and also possesses a National Diploma in Accounting from The Federal Polytechnic Bida, Niger State.

He has several years of experience in lecturing, administration, taxation, accounting, logistics, warehousing, and personnel management.

Aruya led a team of investigators into Nigerian Banks for the National Assembly prior to the N25 Billion capital recapitalization of Nigerian Banks. Aruya also led the team that carried out the feasibility studies on new projects to be financed by several State Governments for the Senate Committee on States and Local Government.

He has prepared several bankable business plans on various projects in several industries like Oil & Gas, Steel, Telecommunications, Food & Hospitality, Power etc. he also plays critical roles in the various fund raising activities for client’s viable projects and has successfully implemented various accounting applications for several SMEs.

Aruya has worked for several companies and currently sits on the Board of various companies.

Daniel is a PwC trained IT Auditor, an Anti-Fraud Expert, a Risk management and Information Security professional.

He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified in Risk and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) USA.

Daniel's experience includes Finance, Internal control, Operations and Audit in the Banking, Oil, Pensions and Consulting sectors in work areas Anti-Money Laundering Compliance, IT Audit, IT General Control Audits, Fund accounting & Investigations.

He has led teams that performed IT Audits, IT General control audits, Internal Audit Controls Evaluation, External Quality Assessments, Enterprise Risk Management Review, Systems and Process reviews, IT Governance reviews, Revenue assurance reviews & Continuous Controls Monitoring. Daniel currently sits on the Board of several Companies and acts as a Consultant to some other Companies.

Yewande is the head of risk management/compliance unit in the organisation. She holds a master's degree in Risk Management from the University of Lagos and is an ISO31000 Certified Enterprise Risk professional with over 6 years of practice managing client's risk portfolio. She is an extremely knowledgeable and analytical risk and compliance specialist with excellent risk identification and analysis skills.

She guides the implementation of strategy with respect to Enterprise risk management, Financial risk management, Operational risk management, and compliance risk management. She is a dedicated professional who leads the implementation of the organisation's Enterprise-wide risk management framework. She is committed to providing the best care to clients through transparent communication and timely preparation of risk reports.
